4 tips for taking great baby photos - even if you are

When my daughter Layla was born I had a hard time putting the camera down. And apparently I was not alone. Treasurer of the image of the store told me that the development of new parents comprised a fairly large piece of their business.

We can not live without! Children are such beautiful creatures, who want to save all of the new movement and every fleeting smile that comes along. (Even if that smile is attached to a smelly gas bubble!)

But the problem many parents that their lack of good photography skills can translate into images that are too dark, too bright, blurry, blurred, center, and so on. Perhaps this describes you.

If so, do not worry. These problems are easily remedied. Album full of mishaps can quickly be converted by following these 4 tips ...

1) When taking pictures of children lying on their backs, stand directly over them and shoot down.

I used to take a blanket for children color and place it on the floor a bright, sun filled the room. When I was ready to take the picture I think Layla is a blanket, and put it in her, being careful not to put it in direct sunlight. Then I get on my knees right over her, the aim down and shoot.

This technique will allow you to center the camera properly and get some good close-ups. The natural sunlight will often give you just enough light so your picture is too dark or too light.

2) Take a range of emotions.

Babies are cute smile. But if babies cry babies and pouting babies and messy babies and sleeping.

Be sure to take pictures of your little one in all phases of his life filled with emotion. You will be amazed at how beautiful they really are in situations of non-traditional photography.

3) Make Bath time is the time.

Although there are some children who do not like water, most love it. Often become very expressive and tub - laughing, cooing and splashing. So the bathroom often becomes a great opportunity to capture some shots of your little precious.

I have personally used the bathtub to document how Layla has changed over her 2 years +. Every couple of months I take some shots of her in the bathtub. Then I take the best and put in a special section of the Photo Album.

It's really amazing how her face changes dramatically with each new image.

4) If you use a disposable camera, choose a good one.

I bought three disposable cameras very cheap before I had Layla. When we brought home are the ones we used in the first week of taking a picture.

The guy I was disappointed! Photo of poorly developed. And as a new mother is still going on hormones, you know how this made me sad. Those cute little moments can never be relived again.

I learned a good lesson well. You get what you pay for.

Now my disposable camera of choice is the Kodak Max HQ. This is one of the most expensive disposable cameras. However, the quality is fantastic compared to other disposables I've used.

Usually you can buy cheap on eBay. Popular retailers like Target and Wal-Mart also run sales are quite frequent.
